Capturing Community INCURABLY WONDERFUL Spirit

    Participants and supporters said:

    1. "Incurably Wonderful is a fantastic community for chronic illness, where you can connect with others who understand the challenges of living with chronic pain. It offers a supportive environment to share experiences with people who truly empathize with your journey. Before I joined this group, I felt lost and isolated; I was bedbound for two years, struggling with fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression. Once I became a part of the online chronic pain support group, I discovered many individuals facing similar battles. I no longer felt alone. Over the past year, I've managed to get out of bed, go out daily, and even lose some weight. I'm excited about the potential to participate in the face-to-face activities that Incurably Wonderful offers, as they look amazing." ~ K.M

    2. "I joined the Incurably Wonderful family based on my physiotherapist's recommendation. Initially, I felt very isolated and like a burden to others, and the idea of joining a group made me anxious. However, I was at a low point in my life and knew I needed to break free from my bubble. When I finally attended a meeting, I was met with warmth and acceptance, free from judgment or pity. I found a safe space to discuss my chronic pain and share my struggles with others who also suffer from chronic conditions. We share compassion and understanding, fostering friendship, camaraderie, and learning from each other and professionals. The support from this community for chronic illness is empowering and inspiring, motivating us to keep moving forward. We also have the option to engage in activities like Tai Chi, chair yoga, swimming, and game sessions. This group has become my lifeline, and I feel secure knowing that the Incurably Wonderful team is dedicated to helping people like me who often deal with invisible chronic health issues. Thank you to Rocio and the team." ~ ZM
